We are also able to accept bank transfer (BACS) or credit/debit card payments. If your order has not arrived within the delivery times stated, please contact us as soon as possible so we can contact our delivery companies and get the issue resolved. *this depends on the number of orders we are receiving, so we cannot guarantee this. SAMEDAY DISPATCH!! If you place your order and we receive cleared payment before 10AM BST, we will normally* dispatch on the same day. Which service is used depends upon the size, value & weight of the item you have purchased. We use Parcelforce and Royal Mail for UK deliveries and GLS for European deliveries. These surcharges are charged per box so if you order multiple items requiring multiple boxes, the surcharge applies for each box. These surcharges are non-negotiable, as we pass on the exact delivery cost to our customers. There is a surcharge when using Parcelforce to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands. We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery to all of our customers. The unit itself may show some signs of general wear and tear from previous use but of course this does not effect the performance.
